It is a waterproof, breathable and heat-reflective membrane made of polypropylene and with one side coated with microperforated pure aluminum. The aluminum side has extremely low emissivity resulting in 97% reflection of infrared radiation. Applied in roofs and walls, combined with an air gap, it significantly improves the thermal insulation value.
